Product DescriptionThe GWDL-JR series 1000°C pit-type electric furnace is designed for high-precision heat treatment, sintering, and materials research involving ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, refractory materials, new materials, and high-performance alloys. The furnace body and lid are constructed using vacuum-formed high-purity alumina insulation with low thermal mass, paired with a durable refractory brick base for enhanced load-bearing.Featuring a hydraulic lifting lid for easy access and a three-zone independent temperature control system, the furnace minimizes vertical temperature deviations, ensuring superior uniformity for tall workpieces. The ring-shaped Mo-alloy heating elements are mechanically protected by mullite shields to prevent contact damage during loading/unloading, effectively reducing wear and prolonging service life.Equipped with an intelligent touchscreen controller, the system supports 50 programmable steps, multi-curve storage, real-time power monitoring, and built-in safety functions such as overcurrent, overtemperature, and dual-loop protection.Key Design AdvantageMechanical Protection Panels: Mullite protection boards shield heating elements from direct contact and accidental impact, reducing risk of breakage during loading/unloading.Hydraulic Lid Lifting: Enables easy and safe vertical access to the furnace chamber, reducing labor intensity and improving operational safety.Three-Zone Temperature Control: Independent control of top, middle, and bottom heating zones effectively reduces vertical thermal gradients for enhanced process precision.
